§ 52.62 PRESUMPTION THAT USER RECONNECTED SERVICE.
   In the event that water service is reconnected without authorization of the town to a water service user who has previously been disconnected by the town, there shall be a rebuttable presumption that the resident of the dwelling or business where the water service is provided is the unauthorized individual who reconnected the water service.
