§ 52.60 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   UNAUTHORIZED INDIVIDUAL. Any person, firm or corporation who is not employed by the town or does not have specific written permission from the town to reconnect water service to a water service user in the town.
