§ 52.26 BILL ADJUSTMENT AFTER A WATER LEAK.
   (A)   If a water leak occurs, and after the leak is repaired, the Town Clerk-Treasurer shall make certain adjustments to the customer’s water bill after the leak is corrected according to the following formula to determine the charge for the customer. Under said circumstances, the customer will be charged three times the average usage rate plus one-half the difference between the actual usage and the average usage rate times three, as determined above.
   (B)   If a water leak occurs, the customer will also be given credit on the sewage bill as well, and the customer will only be charged, for that month in which the leak occurred, the average sewage rate over the previous six months instead of the rate incurred due to the water leak.
