§ 51.02 AWARDING GARBAGE COLLECTION CONTRACT.
   In order to achieve the lowest price for said services, the town shall advertise for bids from contractors based upon a three-year contract for said services. The bidding process is to comply with the regulations in the State Code for municipalities.
