§ 33.002 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) TRANSITION PLAN ADOPTED.
   (A)   The town hereby adopts the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Rights-of-Way for the town, incorporated herein by reference and implemented as if it were set out in full.
   (B)   The town shall comply with the terms of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Rights-of-Way for the town, incorporated herein by reference and implemented as if it were set out in full.
