§ 32.05 PETTY CASH FUND.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to maintain a petty cash fund in the office of the Clerk- Treasurer in an amount not to exceed $200.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to withdraw funds from the General Fund in order to fund and maintain the Petty Cash Fund.
   (C)   The Clerk-Treasurer or an authorized agent is authorized to utilize the Petty Cash Fund to issue correct change for cash exchanges or for other purposes expressly authorized by the Clerk-Treasurer.
   (D)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall maintain a written ledger containing an accounting of all cash distributed from the Petty Cash Fund, which shall include the following information:
      (1)   Date;
      (2)   Amount;
      (3)   Purpose of distribution;
      (4)   Cash issued to; and
      (5)   Person authorizing distribution.
   (E)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall review the cash distributions and shall reconcile the accounting of the Petty Cash Fund on a periodic basis.
