§ 31.093 ADMINISTRATION COSTS.
   (A)   Pursuant to CDBG Grant No. MP-89-003, the Indiana Department of Commerce has authorized certain funds of said above-mentioned grant to be used to pay for the administration Micro-Enterprise Loan Program.
   (B)   The town, through the Clerk-Treasurer and/or the Micro-Enterprise Board, is hereby authorized to use said funds for the administration costs incurred for the Micro-Enterprise Loan Program upon the approval of the Micro-Enterprise Board and/or the Town Council.
