§ 31.092 COLLECTION OF PAYMENTS.
   (A)   The loan recipients shall repay said loan as directed in the individual Micro-Loan Agreements and promissory notes directly to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to deposit said payments in to the Micro-Enterprise Loan Fund and to keep a record of said payments and disbursements.
