§ 31.091 DISBURSEMENT OF GRANT FUNDS.
   A Micro-Enterprise Board has been established to govern the loan applications and award the loans to complying businesses. The town, through the Clerk-Treasurer and/or the Micro-Enterprise Board, shall be authorized to disburse said funds to the applicable businesses as directed pursuant to the Micro-Loan Agreement and promissory note signed by each recipient.
