§ 31.090 COLLECTION OF GRANT FUNDS.
   The town, through the Clerk-Treasurer and or the Micro-Enterprise Board, shall have the authority to accept the funds granted herein and deposit such into the town account specified for the Micro- Enterprise Loan Fund.
