§ 153.30 PURPOSE.
   This subchapter is for the purpose of, and is hereby adopted for the purpose of, the uniformity of building and constructing of sidewalks within the town, and hereafter, all sidewalks built and constructed within said town shall be built and constructed in conformity to this subchapter and the provisions therein contained, and not otherwise.
