§ 153.18 SNOW REMOVAL USING VEHICLES RESTRICTED.

   (A)   No person in the town shall operate any vehicle for the purpose of snow removal on any part of the following sidewalks:

      (1)   The sidewalk along the east and west sides of State Highway 32 in the town between Fire Street and Williams Street; or

      (2)   The sidewalk along the north and south sides of Henry Street in the town between Mulberry Street and Plum Street.

   (B)   No person shall operate any machine which has a weight in excess of 300 pounds for the purpose of snow removal on any of the following sidewalks in the town:

      (1)   The sidewalk along the east and west sides of State Highway 32 in the town between Fire Street and Williams Street; or

      (2)   The sidewalk along the north and south sides of Henry Street in the town between Mulberry Street and Plum Street.
