(A) No mobile home may be established on any lot in the town, subject to the below restriction on lot size, which has less ground floor area, in square feet, than 720 square feet.
(B) No mobile home will be placed upon any lot smaller in area than 6,000 square feet, with a minimum of 45 feet frontage, in the town.
(C) A lot on which a mobile home park or travel trailer park is located may not be smaller in area than two acres, with an allotted minimum of 2,500 square feet per unit.
