§ 31.019 CLOTHING ALLOWANCE.
   (A)   Each reserve police officer shall be reimbursed in the amount of $25 per shift which the reserve officer is on duty. A shift is a minimum of six hours.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall pay each reserve police officer for shifts worked on a quarterly basis.
   (C)   The reserve police officer is not an employee of the town, and the clothing allowance provided to each reserve police officer is not a wage or a salary earned by the reserve police officer.
