§ 110.07 REGULATION OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES.
   The following regulations govern the conduct of business under a registration license.
   (A)   No peddler or itinerant merchant may sell nor offer to sell any commodity, except newspapers, to the occupant of any dwelling place by going from dwelling place to dwelling place before 10:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Saturday, without first securing permission from a resident of the dwelling.
   (B)   No peddler or itinerant merchant shall ask for nor accept an invitation to enter a dwelling house from a minor child.
   (C)   No minor child shall be asked to buy anything nor to answer any personal questions without his or her parent or guardian being present.
   (D)   The owner, occupant or person in charge of any premises may place a sign at the door or other entrance to the premises saying “NO SOLICITING” or “NO PEDDLING” or other wording of clearly similar meaning, and all peddlers shall be obligated to honor and observe the sign.
