§ 95.065 PICNICS AND OUTINGS.
   (A)   Any person desiring to reserve any area in the park, including shelter houses, for purposes of conducting a picnic, family reunion or other outing must first obtain a permit from the Park Director or Park Superintendent. The failure of any person to obtain such a permit shall result in their being no reservation of the area or shelter house for use of the picnic. Any person having first obtained such a permit shall have priority to the area so reserved for his or her use, and any person using said area during the period of time covered by the reservation shall surrender such area to the person holding said permit.
