§ 95.035 RECKLESS DRIVING.
   No person shall in any park operate, drive or propel, or cause to be operated, driven or propelled, any vehicle recklessly or negligently, or at a speed or in such a manner so as to endanger the life, limb, safety, comfort or property of any person.
