§ 95.031 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.
   No person shall bring beer, ale or other alcoholic beverages, or any or all controlled substances, into any park or consume, have in possession, sell, give away or handle any intoxicating or alcoholic beverages or controlled substances in any park.
