(A) The hours of operation of the town park shall be during daylight hours from dawn to dusk each day.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to be present in the town park at any time during the night between dusk and dawn, subject to the following:
(1) Any person who has the express written consent of the Town Council or the Town Marshal may be present in the town park between dusk and dawn; or
(2) Any law enforcement officer who is working in the ordinary course of his or her duties may be present at the town park between dusk and dawn.
