§ 31.003 VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER INSPECTION FEE.
   (A)   The Police Department of the town shall collect a fee of $5 for performing any vehicle identification number inspection.
   (B)   All funds collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited into the Local Law Continuing Education Fund and utilized accordingly.
