§ 93.21 EXTINGUISHMENT OF FIRES.
   (A)   If anyone within the town is conducting open burning without the prior approval of the Town Marshal, Fire Department Chief or a designated town employee, the fire shall be extinguished by the Fire Department or a town employee at the owner’s expense.
   (B)   Further, if any fire creates a nuisance or a fire hazard, the fire shall be extinguished by the Fire Department or a town employee at the owner’s expense even if prior approval has been given by a designated town employee for such fire.
