(A) Upon the showing that the property in question constitutes a “health hazard” as described in § 92.03 of this chapter, the person violating the provisions of this subchapter may be ordered to remedy and cure said conditions which constitute the nuisance within one week of notification by a town employee. Such order shall be made by the President of the Town Council or the Town Marshal or his or her designee.
(B) The order shall contain:
(1) The name of the owner or other person to whom the order is directed;
(2) The legal description or address of the premises that is the subject of the order;
(3) The description of the nuisance and the action the order requires; and
(4) The period of time in which the action is required to be accomplished, measured from the time that the notice is given.
