§ 91.092 KEEPING LIVESTOCK ON PRIVATE PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   No person in charge or in control of any real property within the town, whether as an owner, tenant, occupant, lessee or otherwise, shall allow any person to maintain a structure or other facility in which livestock or other farm animals are housed or kept on any property within his or her control.
