§ 91.077 KEEPING APIARY ON PRIVATE PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person in charge or in control of any real property within the town, whether as an owner, tenant, occupant, lessee or otherwise, shall allow any person to maintain an apiary, or bee yard, on the property within his or her control.
   (B)   No person in charge or in control of any real property within the town, whether as an owner, tenant, occupant, lessee or otherwise, shall allow any person to practice beekeeping on the property within his or her control.
