(A) General prohibition; Main Street exception. No person, persons or corporation shall park or cause to be parked any truck, trailer, wagon, tractor or any motor vehicle, or any combination of any of the foregoing, on the town streets or alleys of the town, except Main Street, should their length or any combination of the foregoing have a combined length of over 19 feet, except when loading or unloading.
(B) Prohibitions on certain streets.
(1) No person, persons or corporation shall park, or cause to be parked, any truck, trailer, wagon, tractor or any motor vehicle, or any combination of the foregoing, on any of the streets in the town should the length of the vehicle, or any combination of any of the foregoing, have a combined length of over 19 feet, or a vehicle which weighs and/or is licensed to carry over 26,000 pounds as evidenced by its gross vehicle weight.
(2) It is an exception to this division (B) if the person, persons or corporation is operating a vehicle for the sole purpose of making a local delivery to a business located within the corporation limits of the town.
(3) There is a rebuttable presumption that the registered owner of a vehicle caused the vehicle to be parked in the location at which the vehicle is found if the vehicle is found to be parked on and street within the town limits.
(C) Penalty.
(1) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
(2) Any person violating any provisions of division (A) above shall be guilty of a Class C infraction.
(3) Any person, persons or corporation found guilty of a violation of division (B) above shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500.
