SCHEDULE II. PARALLEL OR ANGLE PARKING.

   (A)   Parallel parking. The following streets in the town are ordained to be “parallel parking only” zones, to wit:

      (1)   North side of Williams Street between Main Street and Mulberry Street; and

      (2)   South side of Williams Street between Mulberry Street and Hickory Street.

   (B)   Angle parking. The following streets in the town are ordained to be “angle parking only” zones, to wit:

      (1)   North side of Henry Street between Main Street and Mulberry Street;

      (2)   North side of Henry Street between Main Street and Plum Street, in front or parallel to the bank;

      (3)   South side of Henry Street between Main Street and Mulberry Street; and

      (4)   South side of Henry Street between Main Street and Plum Street.

   (C)   Penalty.

      (1)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.

      (2)   Any persons, company or corporations violating division (A) or (B) above shall be guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction, shall be fined a sum of not more than $50 and not less than $10, plus court costs or the applicable fine imposed by Winchester City Court at the time.
