§ 30.05 BLANKET BONDS.

   (A)   The individual bonds for the employees of the town are fixed in the amounts as follows:

      (1)   Utility Clerk: $10,000; and

      (2)   Clerk-Treasurer: $30,000.

   (B)   Further, a position bond of $25,000 is hereby authorized to cover the faithful performance of the Marshal, Deputy Marshal and Board members.
