SCHEDULE III. ONE-WAY TRAFFIC.
   (A)   One-way alleys designated.
      (1)   This division (A) shall prescribe one-way alleys within the town for regulating the flow of traffic on the certain alleys within the town. It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle on any street or alley designated as a one-way street or alley by this division (A) in any direction other than that so designated.
         (a)   The alley on the south side of the town fire station shall be designated for one-way traffic from Fire Street to Plum Street.
         (b)   The alley on the north side of the town fire station shall be designated for one-way traffic (east) from Plum Street to Fire Street.
      (2)   The Town Marshal, or any person designated by the Council, shall post or cause to be posted suitable signs for both one-way alleys.
   (B)   Additional one-way alley.
      (1)   The first alley south of Henry Street in the town shall be declared to be a one-way alley in the easterly direction between State Road 32 and South Plum Street, said alley being the alley which runs along the north side of Lot 137 and Lot 138 of the original plat of the town and along the south side of Lots 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135 and 136 of the original plat of the town.
      (2)   No person shall operate any vehicle in a westerly direction on the first alley south of Henry Street between State Road 32 and South Plum Street in the town, said alley being the alley which runs along the north side of Lot 137 and Lot 138 of the original plat of the town and along the south side of Lots 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135 and 136 of the original plat of the town.
   (C)   One-way parking lot. The town parking lot in the alley located on the east side of the City Building, which is more specifically described as Lot 132 in the original plat of the town, shall now be designated as a one-way alley traveling from south to north for the purposes of traffic flow.
   (D)   Penalty.
      (1)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
      (2)   Any person violating any of the provisions of division (A) above shall be guilty of a Class C infraction as defined in I.C. 34-4-32-4(c) and, upon conviction, shall be fined accordingly.
      (3)   Any person, firm, corporation or other entity violating the terms and provisions of division (B) above shall be guilty of a Class B infraction.
      (4)   Any person, company or corporation violating any provisions of division (C) above shall be guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction, shall be fined in a sum of not less than $1 and not more than $100.
