(A) Pursuant to I.C. 36-5-2-4.1(g), election districts for the town were abolished.
(B) (1) There shall be three members elected to the Town Council.
(2) Said Town Council members shall be elected at large.
(C) (1) Each voter may vote in every Council race, regardless of where the voter resides within the boundaries of the town.
(2) Candidates may reside anywhere in town.
