§ 70.03 LEAVING OPERATING VEHICLES UNATTENDED.
   No person, persons or corporation shall allow any motor vehicle to be unattended upon the streets or alleys of the town when any motor, engine or mechanical device that is operated by diesel, gasoline or electricity is operating.
