§ 56.03 TAPPING FEE.
   The town may charge a fee for each initial connection to the storm water system made by any property owner or other person. Said fee shall be designated as a “storm water tap-in fee” and shall be in addition to any costs for service, work or materials to connect with the town’s storm water system.
