§ 54.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.

   (B)   Except as otherwise provided, any person who shall continue any violation of this chapter (other than a violation of Section 19(a)) shall be fined in the amount equal to $500 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (C)   (1) Any person violating, or suspected of violating, § 54.41(A) of this chapter shall be subjected to a penalty of $50 per month (or fraction thereof in which the violation occurs).

      (2) A person may void payment of said penalty by consenting to an inspection, described in § 54.09(J) of this chapter, for the purpose of establishing compliance with § 54.41(A).

      (3)   A person consenting to such an inspection and found in violation shall be given 90 days to comply with § 54.41(A) without being subject to penalty.
