Any person, firm or corporation, association, partnership or governmental instrumentality, whether as principal, agent, employee or otherwise, violating or causing the violation of any of the provisions of this title, or failing or refusing to do some act required under this title, shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each day that the violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 2009-17, 4-21-2009)
