15-4-070: OPEN HOUSE AND MODEL HOME SIGNS:
   A.   Classification: Open house and model home signs are classified as portable signs.
   B.   Content: Such signs may advertise homes for sale which are open for inspection on a specific day and may also indicate the hours of the open house or model home and the real estate firm sponsoring it. Signs may be displayed only during those hours which a home will be open.
   C.   Setback: Open house and model home signs shall conform to the setback requirements of the zone in which they are located and must have the consent of the owner, lessee or occupant of the property on which they are located prior to placement.
   D.   Number Permitted; Placement: Not more than four (4) off premises open house or model home signs shall be allowed for each house advertised. Not more than ten (10) off premises open house or model home signs shall be posted by any single seller, agent, developer or builder. Only one open house or model home sign may be placed on any off premises parcel of land.
   E.   Area: The area of open house and model home signs shall not exceed six (6) square feet. (Ord. 2012-32, 10-16-2012)
