15-2-080: IMPROPER ISSUANCE:
The zoning administrator, or his or her designee, shall comply with the provisions of this title in issuing sign permits. A permit shall be null and void if its issuance is based on false or misleading information provided by an applicant for such permit. (Ord. 2009-17, 4-21-2009)
