A. Limited To Truck Routes: No restricted vehicle shall move upon any street within the jurisdiction of Farmington City which is not designated as a truck route, except as otherwise provided herein.
B. Necessary Deviations: Restricted vehicles may use other streets and highways within the city only when such use is sporadic and occasional and is necessary to access a destination point within the city which is not situated along a designated truck route or to access the designated truck routes when leaving from a place originating within the city which is not situated along a designated truck route. Any deviation from the designated truck routes as permitted herein shall be accomplished by the most reasonable and direct route available. (Ord. 2002-01, 1-2-2002)
