It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or load, or cause to be operated or loaded, a vehicle upon any public highway within the jurisdiction of Farmington City from which any kind of sand, gravel, rocks, materials or debris fall, discharge or otherwise escape therefrom. This section shall not apply to official street maintenance crews or to other persons who have obtained a proper permit from the city. (Ord. 1995-48, 11-15-1995)
