14-1-070: POLICE CHIEF TO ADMINISTER:
The chief of police is hereby vested with the powers necessary to administer the provisions of this title and all laws relating to the operation of vehicles on the highways of Farmington City. (Ord. 1995-48, 11-15-1995)
