14-1-020: ADOPTION OF STATE HIGHWAYS ACT PROVISIONS:
Utah Code Annotated title 72, chapter 4, as amended, is hereby adopted by this reference as if fully set forth herein; provided, however, that those provisions which are exclusive to the state of Utah or which are not enforceable by Farmington City under the laws of the state of Utah, are excluded.
