13-6-060: TEAR GAS WEAPONS PROHIBITED:

It is unlawful for any person to carry on his person or in any vehicle a tear gas gun, projector or bomb, or any object containing noxious liquid gas or substance. This provision shall not prohibit persons from carrying a small amount of CS, CN or a similar type gas in aerosol containers for self-defense purposes. (Ord. 1995-47, 11-15-1995)
