13-1-080: OMISSION NOT A WAIVER:

The omission to specify or enumerate in this title those provisions of general criminal law and offenses applicable throughout the state of Utah shall not be construed as a waiver of the benefits and enforcement of any such provisions. (Ord. 1995-47, 11-15-1995; amd. Ord. 2023-53, 9-5-2023)
