13-1-060: ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL ACT:
The alcoholic beverage control act as set forth at Utah Code Annotated section 32B-1-101 et seq., as amended, is hereby adopted as the alcoholic beverage control act of Farmington City. (Ord. 1995-47, 11-15-1995; amd. 2016 Code)
