13-1-030: UTAH CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT:
The Utah controlled substances act as set forth at Utah Code Annotated section 58-37-1 et seq., as amended, is hereby adopted as the controlled substances act of Farmington City. (Ord. 1995-47, 11-15-1995)
