13-1-020: UTAH CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE:
The Utah code of criminal procedure as set forth at Utah Code Annotated section 77-1-1 et seq., as amended, is hereby adopted as the code of criminal procedure of Farmington City. (Ord. 1995-47, 11-15-1995)
