11-42-140: APPEALS:
   A.   Permitted; Procedure: Appeal may be made to the land use appeal authority by the city or any person aggrieved by a final decision, determination, or requirement of the urban forester made under the provisions of this chapter in accordance with chapter 3-7 of this code.
