11-42-130: PENALTY PROVISIONS:

Any person violating or causing the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, or failing or refusing to do some act required under this chapter, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of chapter 38 of this title. (Ord. 2009-50, 10-6-2009)
