11-42-090: GUARANTEE OF PLANTED TREES:
If any tree installed by Farmington City or any developers is dead, dying, diseased or unhealthy, Farmington City and those developers shall be required to guarantee the trees planted by them for one year. (Ord. 2009-50, 10-6-2009)
