The international property maintenance code, 2012 edition, as issued by the International Conference Of Building Officials, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as the property maintenance code of Farmington City. (Ord. 2013-16, 7-2-2013, eff. retroactive to 7-1-2013)
