9-1-290: UNAUTHORIZED USE:
It is unlawful for any person, other than those duly authorized, to open or operate any city fire hydrant or to tamper or interfere with or attempt to draw water therefrom, or in any way to obstruct the approach thereto. (Ord. 1996-43, 11-20-1996)
