The city reserves the right to supervise and/or inspect the use of any city fire hydrant in accordance with any permit issued hereunder. Applicant shall close the hydrant and disconnect the meter from the hydrant when not using the water, thereby leaving the hydrants free and clear for use by the fire department and city officials.
